We are continuing to optimize our provider billing and payments processes.

HOMELINK is continuing to improve workflow processes with specific focus on billing and payment procedures. This will lead to optimized service levels for you, the providers we serve.

CLAIM SUBMISSIONS:

As of 2/1/2022, the required method of submitting claims to HOMELINK is via the industry standard ANSI 837 format, including any applicable attachments, through one of our clearinghouses below:

(A 2% fee will be charged for all claims not submitted electronically.)

All claims must be sent to HOMELINK.

DO NOT CALL OR BILL THE PAYER DIRECTLY. This could result in a reduction of benefits to the patient or a zero payment to you.

✔  Smart Data Solutions (non-HealthPartners) – 30750 (Accepts electronic attachments)

✔  Smart Data Solutions (HealthPartners) – 55744 (Accepts electronic attachments)

✔  Emdeon/Change HealthCare – 50701 (Accepts electronic attachments)

✔  WCEDI/Data Dimensions – LU536

If you do not work directly with one of the above clearinghouses, have your preferred clearinghouse establish a route to one of those listed above.

From a payment perspective, all outbound payments to you will continue to follow the WCEDI path as it does today.

We are excited about this initiative, as it will optimize the payment process for our respective organizations.
