CLAIM SUBMISSIONS:
As of 2/1/2022, the required method of submitting claims to HOMELINK is via the industry standard ANSI 837 format, including any applicable attachments, through one of our clearinghouses below:
(A 2% fee will be charged for all claims not submitted electronically.)
All claims must be sent to HOMELINK.
DO NOT CALL OR BILL THE PAYER DIRECTLY. This could result in a reduction of benefits to the patient or a zero payment to you.
